By now, you probably  know how good exercise is for your physical health but did you also know how good exercise is for your brain health?

According to Harvard Health, regular exercise changes the brain in ways that protect memory and thinking skills. They cited a research study that discovered that regular aerobic exercise (the kind of exercise that makes your heart beat faster) appears to boost the size of the hippocampus, the brain area involved in verbal memory and learning while resistance training, balance and muscle toning exercises did not have the same results.

So here are yet some more reasons to get some exercise!
