There’s no denying it – obesity is on the rise across the globe.

The World Health Organization has even named the epidemic – globesity – and stated that “If immediate action is not taken, millions will suffer from an array of serious health disorders.”.

As much as what we eat is important, how much food we eat is also extremely important.

From increasing portion sizes at restaurants to using larger plates when it comes to portions size does matter.
