Think The Sugar In Soft Drinks Is Bad – This Might Even Be Worse

Congratulations if you have cut back on the number of soft drinks you drink because of the large amounts of sugar they contain.

But there may now be a new culprit in town that you may also want to step away from – specialty hot drinks.

A research group in Britain has discovered that there is a staggering amount of sugar in some of the popular hot drinks. Many have even more sugar than a can of soda.

In some cases, some of the drinks contain 25 teaspoons of sugar which is three times more than soda and three times more then the daily recommended maximum sugar allowance of seven teaspoons per day for an adult.

So you may now want to reconsider some of these hot drinks and just stick with clear tea or coffee if you really want to cut out the sugar.
