Take a Hike!

Walking is one of the easiest forms of exercise you can do – no major equipment, no commute and no need to lug around a yoga mat. Just strap on some running shoes, put on some comfortable clothes and you’re off.  To help you get started, the Toronto Public Health posted some suggestions on how to get started on beginning your walking program.  Also – there are some significant health benefits to walking – just look!
