Finding Healthy Food Substitutes

I am always trying to find ways to eat healthier but I admit sometimes it’s hard.  I am really not that creative in the kitchen and if a recipe calls for a particular ingredient as much as I would like to try and use a healthier substitute, I pretty much stick with what is called for in the recipe.

I found the following infographic that outlines some healthier substitutions for some regularly called for items. Some of them seem pretty easy to incorporate but I think some others maybe a bit more difficult (swap out pizza dough for mashed cauliflower??).

Have you tried any of these before?  Do you have any healthy substitutions that you regularly use?
