Who We Are

Sue PicSusan Williams is the Founder of Booming Encore. Susan’s professional career spans over 28 years and includes working in senior leadership and executive positions within a number of corporations along with running a consulting firm.

Being a baby boomer herself, Susan was interested in doing something that really made a difference. As she started her search she discovered that there were limited dedicated resources and information to support this changing time of life for baby boomers.

As a result, Susan decided to launch Booming Encore.

Through the development of original content coupled with sharing information from across the globe through multiple social channels, Booming Encore has grown to become a recognized social media influencer and expert for baby boomers, retirement and aging and also ranked as one of the top baby boomer blogs worldwide.

Booming Encore has also partnered with some amazing contributors who generously share their experience and expertise.

Susan is married and a mother of two adult children and will often share her own experiences, observations and opinions on living life over 50. Susan embraces Booming Encore’s motto “every day matters” and is personally trying to design and live her own very best encore.
